Behind Nam Thai is Pranom Boie Supanya, also known as Nam. Back in the year 2000, she came to Denmark after many years of success in Thai street food kitchens on both Koh Samui and Phuket. Her passion for authentic Thai food has always driven her to strive for perfection in every single dish she serves. This dedication to quality and taste is the foundation of Nam Thai.
At Nam Thai, we never compromise on the quality of our ingredients. A vital reason for the success of authentic Thai food, and one of the cornerstones of our success, is precisely using fresh and carefully selected ingredients. This is also one of the reasons we, for example, use organic ingredients where possible, always choosing the best flavor experiences every time. The same applies to the range of herbs we import directly from Thailand.
